The total stock issue of Zhongrun Resources is 929,017,761 and registered capital of the company is 929.017761 million RMB. Zhongrun Resources Investment Incorporated Company has eight subsidiaries in the mining industry and one subsidiary in the real estate industry. The eight subsidiaries in the mining industry are Zhongrun Mining Development Limited Company, Zhongrun International Mining Co. Limited, Sichuan Pingwu Zhongjin Mining Co. Limited, Inner Mongolia Huiyin Mining Co. Limited, Chifeng Runyin Mine Exploration Co. Limited, Tibetan Zhongjin Mining Co. Limited, Canadian Zinc Corporation (listed in Toronto Stock Exchange with the stock code “CZN”) and Brittan Vatukoula Gold Mines Plc (listed in London Stock Exchange with the stock code “VGM”). Zhongrun Resources Investment Incorporated Company has 19 mining rights and 12 exploration rights in the mining industry currently, and among the 19 mining rights, one belongs to the Sichuan Pingwu Zhongjin Mining Co. Limited, three belong to Brittan Vatukoula Gold Mines Plc and 15 to Canadian Zinc Corporation (basic construction for mining is in progress). The retained gold reserve is about 148 ton, silver 2,778 ton and lead and zinc about 3.18 million ton. The one subsidiary in the real estate industry is Zibo Properties Co. Limited of Shandong Zhongrun Group.

Zhongrun Resources boast a number of talented personnel for investment and operating management in the mining industry as well as the real estate industry. The total number of employees is more than 1,500 among whom 52% have bachelor degree or above. The number of professionals in various aspects for mining exploration is about 100, and they are the solid backup force of the development of Zhongrun Resources.

2) Introduction of Mining Development 

The company entered the field of mining exploration in 2009, and minerals under its investment and development mainly conclude precious metals (gold, silver and etc.) and nonferrous Metals. The company aims to cooperate with enterprises which have advantages in resources, capital and talents at home and abroad in various modes and build mining investment bases at home and abroad in the future. Currently, we have established domestic mining investment bases in Sichuan, Tibetan, Inner Mongolia etc. We made overseas investment in Canadian Zinc Corporation (CZN) and Brittan Vatukoula Gold Mines Plc (VGM) and became the first majority shareholder of VGM. Brittan Vatukoula Gold Mines Plc has the Vatokoula Gold Minethe, the largest gold mine in production inFiji.

Zhongrun Resources entered the field of real estate investment twenty years ago, and after twenty years’ development, it has become one of well-known brands in the real estate industry inShandongProvince.
